Taxis are available right outside the airport terminal.<\/li>\n<li><strong>By metro<\/strong><br \/>\nFrom the airport, take the Red Line towards S. Sebasti\u00e3o station. Get off at Saldanha station and transfer to the Yellow Line \u2013 towards Odivelas. Continue for two stops and exit at Entrecampos station. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the station, heading south along Avenida 5 de Outubro. The metro is open from 6:30 am to 1 am and a single fare costs \u20ac1.85. This fee is charged to the reusable Viva Viagem card, which costs \u20ac0.50 for the initial purchase.<\/li>\n<li><strong>By bus<\/strong><br \/>\nFrom the airport, take Bus 789 heading towards Amoreiras. Disembark at Entrecampos (Av. da Rep\u00fablica) and walk approximately 5 minutes to the hotel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>How to get to conference site from the city centre <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>By car<\/strong><br \/>\nThe estimated time is 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic. From Baixa-Chiado, head north towards Avenida da Liberdade. At Marqu\u00eas de Pombal Roundabout, take the exit for Avenida Fontes Pereira de Melo. Continue onto Avenida da Rep\u00fablica, passing Campo Pequeno. Turn left onto Avenida 5 de Outubro and follow it for about 1 km. The VIP Executive Entrecampos Hotel &amp;amp; Conference will be on your right.<\/li>\n<li><strong>By metro<\/strong><br \/>\nFrom Baixa-Chiado Station, take the Blue Line heading towards Reboleira. Transfer to the Yellow Line at Marqu\u00eas de Pombal station and continue for 3 stops to Entrecampos Station (exit here). Walk approximately 5 minutes south along Avenida 5 de Outubro to reach the hotel.<\/li>\n<li><strong>By bus<\/strong><br \/>\nFrom Pra\u00e7a da Figueira (near Baixa-Chiado), take Bus 736 heading towards Odivelas. Get off at Entrecampos (Av. It takes about 15-20 minutes to reach the downtown area by taxi or car.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lisbonairport.pt\/en\/lis\/access-parking\/getting-to-and-from-the-airport\/public-transportation\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Getting to and from the airport<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>By car<br \/>\n<\/strong>Car rental: Car rental companies have their offices in the airport terminal. The drive to the city centre takes about 15 minutes via the E1 expressway or Avenida Almirante Gago Coutinho.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>By Shuttle<br \/>\n<\/strong>The Aerobus offers regular services from the airport to key areas in Lisbon. Check the schedules and stops at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.portugalvisitor.com\/portugal-travel\/aerobus\">https:\/\/www.portugalvisitor.com\/portugal-travel\/aerobus<\/a>. Payments can be made with cash or card.<\/p>\n<p>Prices:<br \/>\nAdults: 4\u20ac one way, 6\u20ac round-trip.<br \/>\nChildren (ages 4-10): 2\u20ac one way; 3\u20ac round trip.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>By taxi<\/strong>:<br \/>\nThere is a taxi rank available at both Arrivals and Departures. At peak arrival tomes you may expect long lines. A journey to downtown Lisbon (Baixa) typically takes about 15-20 minutes and costs around 15\u20ac in light traffic.The base fare starts at 3.25\u20ac on weekdays and 3.90\u20ac on weekends and holidays and an additional fee of 1.60\u20ac may be add if you transport luggage or animals.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>By metro<\/strong><br \/>\nLisbon Airport is directly connected to the city\u2019s metro network (Red Line). Trains run from early morning until late night (from 6.30 a.m. to 1 a.m.) and the metro ride to the city center takes about 20 minutes. Popular routes include 705, 744 and 783. Tickets can be purchased on board for 2.20\u20ac (cash only). As such, citizens from any of these countries do not need a visa to visit Portugal, though if staying longer than three months they must request a registration certificate.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Please be aware that the conference organizers are not able to haste visas\u2019 appointments or other procedures for participants. We won\u2019t be able to contact directly consulates or embassies and we do not intervene in anyway with the Visa process as the participant is the singular responsible to apply and follow up on the Visa application. We advise all participants to check whether or not a visa is needed. If you are likely to need a visa, we recommend that you make your application as soon as possible.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">All international nationals must possess valid identification and travel documents before entering Portugal.
