As such, citizens from any of these countries do not need a visa to visit Hungary. European Union, European Economic Area (Norway, Iceland, and Lichtenstein in addition to the EU states), and Switzerland citizens are qualified for a visa-free entry to Hungary. Given that they do not take up employment and their stay is limited to a maximum of 90 days per 180 days.<br \/>\nPlease be aware that the conference organizers are not able to haste visas\u2019 appointments or other procedures for participants.<strong> We won&#8217;t be able to contact directly consulates or embassies and we do not intervene in anyway with the Visa process as the participant is the singular responsible to apply and follow up on the Visa application. <\/strong>We advise all participants to check whether or not a visa is needed. If you are likely to need a visa, we recommend that you make your application as soon as possible.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">All international nationals must possess valid identification and travel documents before entering Hungary. All letters will be issued in digital format only. The conference organisers will not be held responsible for any visa-related issues or delays.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>How to get to the conference site:<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>From the airport to the hotel<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>&#8211; By metro:<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>Take bus <\/strong><strong>200E<\/strong><strong> from the airport to the <\/strong>K\u0151b\u00e1nya-Kispest <strong>Metro Station (this is the final stop for bus 200E). From <\/strong>K\u0151b\u00e1nya-Kispest metro station, take Metro Line 3 (Blue Line) towards \u00dajpest K\u00f6zpont. Ride the metro until you reach the station &#8220;D\u00f3zsa Gy\u00f6rgy \u00fat.&#8221;, which is relatively close to Danubius Hotel Helia. From the metro station it\u2019s a short walk to Danubius Hotel Helia (650m).<br \/>\nAlternatively, you could take bus <strong>100E<\/strong> from the airport to De\u00e1k Ferenc t\u00e9r. This is a direct bus line connecting the airport to the city center. At De\u00e1k Ferenc t\u00e9r., transfer to Metro Line 3 (Blue Line) and the rest of the trajectory is the same as the one described above.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>&#8211; By bus:<br \/>\n<\/strong>Take bus 100E towards De\u00e1k Ferenc t\u00e9r M (terminal) and exit in K\u00e1lvin T\u00e9r M bus stop. At K\u00e1lvin T\u00e9r M, transfer to bus line 15 towards Gy\u00f6ngy\u00f6si utca M and exit at Dr\u00e1va utca bus stop. From the bus stop it\u2019s a short walk to Danubius Hotel Helia (230m).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bus stop Dr\u00e1va utca \u2013 lines 15\/115<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It&#8217;s recommended to check the latest schedules and routes on the official website of the Budapest Public Transportation Company (BKK) \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/bkk.hu\/en\/\">https:\/\/bkk.hu\/en\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>&#8211; By train:<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>Take bus 200E towards <\/strong>K\u0151b\u00e1nya-Kispest M until you reach Ferihegy Vas\u00fat\u00e1llom\u00e1s. At Ferihegy Vas\u00fat\u00e1llom\u00e1s change station and take the train line RE towards BUDAPEST-NYUGATI in Ferihegy until you reach Budapest-Nyugati stop. Walk 130m to change to the Nyugati Railway Station (Nyugati P\u00e1lyaudvar) and take the M3 metro line towards \u00dajpest-k\u00f6zpont until D\u00f3zsa Gy\u00f6rgy \u00dat. Go to the De\u00e1k Ferenc t\u00e9r Station and take the M3 metro line towards \u00dajpest-k\u00f6zpont until D\u00f3zsa Gy\u00f6rgy \u00da. From D\u00f3zsa Gy\u00f6rgy \u00dat it\u2019s a short walk to Danubius Hotel Helia (780m).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>&#8211; By bus:<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>Assume you are starting from <\/strong>De\u00e1k Ferenc t\u00e9r, a central point in Budapest. Continue on J\u00f3zsef Attila u.. Take Bajcsy-Zsilinszky \u00fat and V\u00e1ci \u00fat following straight to Victor Hugo u. Follow Victor Hugo u. and K\u00e1rp\u00e1t u. for 1.3 km to Danubius Hotel Helia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Useful <a href=\"https:\/\/www.danubiushotels.com\/en\/our-hotels-budapest\/danubius-hotel-helia\/map-and-transportation\">link.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>From airport to Budapest<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport (BUD) is located about 16 kilometers southeast of the city center. There are several transportation options to get from the airport to the city:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Taxi: The most traditional taxi company, Fotaxi, transports passengers between Terminal 2 and the capital. Passengers arriving at the airport can make their reservations at the booths set up at the entrance to Terminals 2A and 2B. Taxis are readily available at the airport. A trip to the city center costs approximately HUF 10,800 (EUR 28) and takes approximately 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Airport shuttle services: There are shuttle services available at the airport that provide shared or private transfers to various locations in Budapest. MiniBUD is the official airport shuttle service provider of the airport.
