Hotel Accommodations
A block room reservation is provided at the Aran Mantegna Hotel,
the official hotel for the conference and conference site,
for the convenience of the participants and are to be assigned
on first-come first-served basis.
Hotel and rates per room per night (breakfast and all taxes
included):

Transfer Service for participants at the Aran Park Hotel
- one transfer in the morning from hotel
Aran Park to
Aran Mantegna and one transfer in the afternoon
from Aran Mantegna to hotel Aran Park.
OVERNIGHT ACCOMODATION TAX IN ROME (important, please read)
Dear Participant
We would like to inform you that this year the local
government of Rome has established a new tax for each stay :
Euro 3,00 p.pax/night to be paid direclty by each
client at the hotel.

for Hotel Reservations and Payment
Hotel reservations
Participants wishing to reserve hotel accommodation should
complete the relevant parts of the
Hotel Reservation Form - On line booking, no later than
June 9th June 17th 2011.
Total prepayment of accommodation must accompany this
Application Form. After this date, we can not guarantee
neither this Hotel, nor these prices. So, we advise you to
reserve as soon as possible.
Personal extras (mini-bar, phone calls, ...) shall be paid
directly at the hotel's reception, while doing the check out.
Please note: If you are unable to use the hotel
reservation form please contact
HDesiderio.lisboa@abreu.pt in order to
make your booking.
Deposit refund policy
All cancellations/amendments must be done in written to the
e-mail
HDesiderio.lisboa@abreu.pt. In the event of
hotel cancellations, your deposit will be refunded after
deducting bank charge/commission and the following
cancellation charges:
- Cancellations between 6 and 4 weeks prior to arrival will
merit 50% of refund.
- Cancellations between 4 and 3 weeks prior to the arrival
will merit 25% of refund.
- Cancellations less than 3 weeks prior to the arrival will
not merit a refund.
Payment
Payment of hotel should be made in Euros in the form of credit
card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Dinners
are accepted) or bank remittance (all costs at transmitter's
charge). If you make payment by bank transfer, please
send a copy of the bank receipt with the Application Form.
